Added RPG Maker sized tiles

I took a look at the tile sizes required for RPG Maker games and downsized 97% of the items in the asset pack to 32x32 dimensions.

What is lacking in the 32x32 tile sets are the doors being animated and the metal desk is excluded due to it being too long to down size correctly.

Thanks for reading, I know the RPG Maker MV uses 48x48 dimensions for some reason but I'll look into supporting that as well. In the meantime let me know if there's any items you want me to add to the pack.
